Reflective Narrative:
This course was really informative in the correct usage of honorifics in the work place. Before taking this class, I did not know too much the different type of honorifics and the proper business manners. This class has helped me learn many key points such as how to properly dress in business formal attire, how to properly greet coworkers, and how to create business documents used in a Japanese company. I think the most difficult part of of the class was learning how to create documents since the format was really strict and every detail on it cannot be misplace. In the future, I want to experience working in a Japanese company which is why I believed taking this class was necessary in getting the proper knowledge to both prepare myself as well as inform myself of business etiquette.
